Hey, I'm Steffi...

All the beautiful things in life magically attract me and I really enjoy a full table with lovely people, deep conversations, good food and hearty laughter.

I live in Oberwangen with my family and we can often be found in the mountains, biking, climbing, hiking or skiing.

I first found yoga in 2005. Corinne Jenni's lessons touched me, balanced me and brought me back to my inner world.

In 2019, after the first days of the yoga teacher training in Bern, I was hanging on the lecturers' lips and it was clear deep down in me that yoga has a very important place in my life.

"Imagine a horribly battered carriage pulled by 5 wild horses. The coachman is distracted and unfocused, the passenger and owner of the coach is a king who sleeps and dreams that he is a peasant.

The battered carriage represents our body, the wild horses represent our thoughts and feelings, the coachman represents our spirit and the sleeping passenger represents our soul."

This old parable fascinated me and stays with me again and again. Learned in the YTT 200 training in Bern
